NCO
Dear New Country Organics feed customers,
Danielle and I wanted to let everyone know that the price of all the New Country Organics (NCO) products we resell is going up.
We were surprised when we placed an NCO order yesterday that the shipping charge had increased by about $100 per pallet. We contacted NCO for an explanation and they said the base price of the feed is staying the same but the shipping companies are charging more, so they’re passing the price on to buyers
Similarly, Danielle and I need to pass on the shipping increase to our customers, otherwise we’ll lose money.
The most commonly-bought items, Classic Layer and Corn-free Layer, are each increasing by $1. Below is a table with the new prices of items for reference.
There are two price columns:
the first one is for other farms who have provided a copy of their current tax-exempt permits
the second price column is the regular, non-farm, tax-included price that most people pay
We’re still glad to support NCO and use their amazingly high-quality feeds and hope you are too, we just want to be clear with everyone about when and why the prices are changing.
