The wait is over

The long wait for lamb is over and we are now fully in stock. As promised email subscribers (you are one if you're reading this, thank you) are getting early dibs on the limited inventory we have available. Inventory can be found on our online store.

Lamb is pre-order only, we will not be able to accommodate walk up orders for lamb until Tuesday 11/7. Place your orders through our online store.

We have extended our online ordering window for Tolland Farmers Market (Sat 10am-noon) until 8pm tonight and the ordering window for our On-Farm Store (Sat 1-3pm) until 9:30am tomorrow, to better accommodate pre-orders.

Orders can be placed for pickup at any of our markets. Payment can still be made in person (we always prefer cash or check).

We also have mutton available. Depending on who you ask lamb is a sheep under the age of 16 months and older than that it is considered mutton. Mutton is a little bit tougher and a bit stronger flavor (not gamier) than lamb. The muscle cuts are best in slow cooked stew/curry type dishes. The ground makes an amazing burger!

Both the lamb and mutton are Animal Welfare Approved and Certified Grass Fed by A Greener World

Thanks again for being an email subscriber. We could not do this without you!
