Eric is Danielle’s brother and spends a few weeks a year visiting and working on the farm with us. He doesn’t vibe much with livestock farming itself, but he’s an accomplished wood-worker, our sawmill operator, a retired software programmer, and complainer extraordinaire. If you’ve seen any of our cheese boards before, you know some of his work already. During his farm visits, he spends most of his days operating the sawmill and then helps out with farm chores. In the evenings, he answers our programming questions while drinking mead and ghost-writing our main blog posts. Maybe he stopped drinking mead a few years ago, since our blog hasn’t been updated since then? Hint-hint-hint, Eric, we still have mead!
